The actual rate of savings will depend upon the specific make and model hearing aid you are purchasing. Each hearing aid is discounted from the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Your provider can discuss the various models available and the corresponding prices. How to Use This Service: To access the Hearing network, simply search for hearing providers onlinecall the number indicated on your ID card and mention that you are a United Consumers Association member. The customer service representative will request your name, group number, membership number and zip code. Once your information is confirmed, you will be provided with the names and telephone numbers of participating hearing locations in your community. Please call the participating location to make an appointment. Make sure to identify yourself as a member of HearPO program. Important: Show your ID card to the receptionist each time you visit the provider. The HearPO Hearing Instrument program is NOT insurance. It is a reduced-fee-for-service program that provides discounts at certain providers. In order to receive the special pricing, you must pay the discounted price at the time of service.
